BRINGING "STORIES" BACK (FOR RADIOTHON), FRIDAY 9-MIDNIGHT!!
Hi Y'all!
Miss meh? I'm bringing "Stories" back by popular demand this Friday, one more time to make you dance and shout. I just wanted to let y'all know about the prizes and things that I'll be giving away on the show. But first, a bit about Radiothon this year. The theme is "Get It Up," and we are trying to bring coverage all over the island by erecting a new tower on Tantalus. You know when you're going through the Pali tunnel to Kailua, and for about 20 minutes you can hear nothing but white noise? Well, we're cutting the John Cage to bring you fresh sounds of rock, pop, hip-hop, and dancehall, all the way to Kailua. If we can raise the money, that is.
With that in mind:
TOMORROW, 9-midnight Hawaii time, I'm taking over Blotter Pop's excellent show while he goes to the mainland.
PRIZES FOR DONATING TO KTUH:
(1): $20= limited edition ADHDJ mix (featuring rarities!)
(2): $30= mix CD + passes to KTUH DJ Night, raging til 2 in the morning that night at the Mercury bar
(2): $50= mix CD, passes, and T-Shirt with special edition "Record" Logo
(3) $100= mix CD, passes, T-Shirt, and the next five songs I play on the show will be your choosing.
(4) $250= mix CD, passes, T-Shirt, and I will take over the airwaves Sunday April 1st and bring "Stories," an expired show, back for one special day. YOU Will cohost it with me. I will allow you to design and pick the playlist, and you will allowed to be an exclusive guest in the station for 1/2 hour on Sunday April 1st (providing you sign a safety contract, do not bring drugs and alcohol in, etc.)
